We’re excited to share that our new Outdoor Classroom is officially complete! This space will serve as a creative and educational gathering place for children, families, schools, and community groups to explore nature, learn outdoors, and engage with the park in new ways. We are incredibly grateful to The Trammell Foundation for the generous grant to make this project possible and to Garden Lights Landscaping for their support and expertise in helping bring this project to life. We can’t wait to see this space filled with curiosity, creativity, and connection.
What’s Next for the Outdoor Classroom
To continue enhancing this space, we’ll soon be adding a large chalkboard to support outdoor lessons, nature journaling, and interactive activities for students and visitors of all ages. This addition will help make the classroom even more engaging and flexible for educational programs, workshops, and group visits throughout the year.
