Be a part of the community of green by participating as a corporate sponsor for our 2011 Fall Fundraiser “On A Green Night.” The event is scheduled for Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the Chastain Park Amphitheatre. Our theme for event is “Be a part of the community of Green.”
Your sponsorship will enable the Conservancy to continue to spearhead implementation of the Chastain Park Master Plan and assist in organizing thousands of volunteer hours to make Chastain Park safer, cleaner and greener!
The annual event features a “taste of Chastain” with food from Chastain’s best local restaurants, a great silent auction and live entertainment. Sponsorship levels are as follows:
Title Sponsor $10,000
Acknowledged as the title sponsor in event signage, publicity, and opening remarks – with the opportunity to speak at the event and distribute marketing materials. Advertisement in the event program, eight event tickets, VIP reception before the event, and a reserved table during the event.
Platinum Sponsor $7,500
Acknowledged as a platinum sponsor in event signage, publicity, and opening remarks. Advertisement in event program, eight event tickets, VIP reception before the event, and a reserved table during the event.
Gold Sponsor $5,000
Acknowledged as a gold sponsor in event signage and publicity. Advertisement in event program, eight event tickets, and access to reserved seating during the event.
Bronze Sponsor $2,500
Acknowledged as bronze sponsor in event signage and publicity. Name listed in event program and eight event tickets.
